quick update

been really long since i've last updated. was really busy with school stuffs and didn't have anytime to blog. shall take some time to pen down some quick updates while taking a break. (:

many things have happened since the last blog post i suppose. a handful of upsetting stuffs, happy stuffs and loads of 21st parties.

been to quite a few 21st this year and its causing a big hole in my pocket. nevertheless, the 21st were all fun. (: great party, and awesome catch up session with all my friends. up next, the march babies! then eunice's and eugenia's 21st, theme: twins. omg can't wait! (:

was really glad i managed to get closer to some more friends in NUS after joining sow comm. really appreciate them for being there for me. and not forgetting the usual ones that're always there for me, giving me the necessary support whenever i need them. they are the ones that never fail to turn my bad day around (and you know who you guys are). ♥

quite a few upsetting stuffs happened the past half a year and sometimes its really suffocating me. personally, i really hope things would turn for the better real soon. but sometimes, i guess some things really take time. sometimes its like, i dont wanna care anymore, but in the end, you just get affected all over again. oh well.

getting damn confused over something currently too.

certain things are really too much for an individual to take. and i really don't want it to happen anymore.

great day spent with sylvans (:

went to chinatown's 10dollar ktv with roy, lk, jage, mama, mj, alex and weilin yesterday. i would say that is not a bad place to sing and their songs are not that old either (although i can only sing older songs hehe). we ended up choosing all those pri school times songs by s club 7, m2m, a1, brb etc etc. haha. so at a point of time, our song list was actually all english songs. (Y) but it was a great k session we had loads of fun singing and laughing. especially at laikiu. :D the songs he chose are, erm, i wouldnt know what word to use to describe. but i'd love to see him perform the song "barbie world" again. :D

after ktv session, we left for clarke quay to meet the rest for huijuan's surprise birthday celebration! went to this place opp central for zichar. nice place and nice ambience for a zichar place. they even have birthday songs played when mj entered with huijuan's cake. it was carrot cake (not the normal coffee shop that carrot cake hahahha). my first time eating that. hmms, i don't really like it, firstly because i don't like to eat carrots; secondly, it doesn't taste like those kind of cakes we normally eat. BUT, the cake looks yummy. :D

OH and the food at the zichar place. it is not that pricey, but their servings are really small. so i would recommend going there only if you're in small groups. we had 13 people and the food wasn't really enough to go around, other than the claypot rice and the veggies. but personally, i prefer holland v zichar to that place. (:

walked around the singapore river after dinner to digest all our food hehe. and mj totally treated us like tourists asking us to take photos at like every single place he sees nice deco. but it was really fun! after walking a whole round around the singapore river we sat down outside i think riverside point (?) to chat. had a really good laugh my cheeks were having cramps (Y) overall a great day spent with sylvans. ♥

now i'm stuck at home with nothing to do again. but i guess from next week onwards life's gonna be real busy. beats getting stuck at home with nothing to do right? (:

eggy tarts

craving for egg tarts today and i got to eat it. nom nom nom. so happy! :D

attempted to change my blogskin again today. but failed AGAIN. i suck at html seriously. i dont even know why the alignment is so weird when i used the new template. but i want a new blogskin. rahhhhh.

spent my whole day rotting at home feel so free all of a sudden. hahaha. leah texted me today asked me to meet up! :D will be meeting up after char's back from her overseas trip! (:

meliae oct, nov and dec birthday celebrations next week and sow outing after sweat camp! sounds like a whole truckload of funnnn! :D

holiday~

i so love holidays. no more crazy mugging. indulging in the company of my friends. and this time, its not because we're mugging together. we're enjoying ourselves, hanging out together! :D

went to town with yeeling today! the only thing that made me so happy. (: tried the wanton noodles at graffiti cafe after eyeing it for so long. I LIKE. and i think we spent like 1hour at the cafe chatting. :D sadly, we were stuck in fep for super long because it was raining super super super heavily. but i intro-ed her to long xu tang. super yummy childhood candy of mine! :D

gave up waiting for the rain to stop and headed over to shaw house. walking in town carrying my purple hello kitty umbrella i feel so retarded. hahaha. brought her to the isetan bakery and intro-ed her breads and mochi. she spent like 8.10 bucks there on all that! (Y) but its worth it cuz its super nice! (: munching on cheese and choc mochi and walking around in town with awesome company is ♥! brought her to super many nice shops today and i totally enjoyed her company! more of these soon! :D

stingray day was yesterday! hehehe. she bought koi but I NEVER! (Y) i am determined to stop my addiction for koi. :D wanted to go for our usual oyster omelette and carrot cake at bugis hawker centre, but it was closed down for renovation. ): made do with finger food from bugis street. and we found a stall that sells super super nice beefy cheese fries and fried mars bar in parco! :D its at the basement of parco and its something like chippy's! highly recommended especially the cheese fries! (: can't wait for another meet up with that retarded stingray. hehehe.

kbox on thurs with roy, lk, weilin, etc etc. can't wait i wanna singgggg! :D
